I should like to pay a very special tribute to Patricia Rogler, and the Anthony Andrews Fan Club in the USA who, for the past 4 years, have been fundraising in my name for the Red Cross, and in 2008 raised the sum of £1,250. I send my heartfelt thanks and very best wishes to them all.
